Son of Democratic State 93rd District Senator Mike Kernell of Tennessee, is the hacker who gained access to Sarah Palin's email account on Yahoo and plastered them on the internet with all her email contact's information.

So, the AP refuses to provide FBI with the emails. Interesting…

The Secret Service contacted The Associated Press on Wednesday and asked for copies of the leaked e-mails, which circulated widely on the Internet. The AP did not comply.

The Associated Press is still not cooperating with the feds. But it has published a new story about Ramuglia’s cooperation — and has recycled the story behind the hacking as an “original” report.

Oh, yeah, and they’re still blaming Sarah Palin for making herself a victim of the crime.
