Obama challenging Senator Obama’s lack of “qualifications” to serve as President of the United States, announced today that Obama and Democratic National Committee [DNC] filed a Joint Motion to Dismiss on the last day to file a response, for the obvious purpose of delaying Court action in the case of Berg v. Obama, No. 08-cv-04083.
Their joint motion indicates a concerted effort to avoid the truth by delaying the judicial process, although legal, by not resolving the issue presented: that is, whether Barack Obama was “natural born.”
It is obvious that Obama was born in Kenya and does not meet the “qualifications” to be President of the United States pursuant to our United States Constitution. Obama cannot produce a certified copy of his “Vault” [original long version] Birth Certificate from Hawaii because it does not exist.
DNC Chairperson Howard Dean should resign as he has not and is not fulfilling his responsibility of seeing that a “qualified” candidate is on the ballot as the Democratic candidate for President of the United States.
Berg stated that a response will be made in the next few days to their Motion to Dismiss.

Bill Clinton will visit "The View" tomorrow, Monday, September 22nd, following on the heels of John and Cindy McCain's recent visit to the ABC gabfest.
The ex-president is scheduled to spend the entire hour of Monday's "View" chatting with Whoopi Goldberg, Elisabeth Hasselbeck, Joy Behar, Barbara Walters and Sherri Shepherd.
Goldberg palled around with the Clintons during their White House years & she even summered with them in Martha's Vineyard--and earlier this year threw her support behind Hillary Clinton's presidential run, but now supports Obama.
~Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton today called for swift and strong action to stem the growing credit crisis on Wall Street. Assailing the Bush Administration for ignoring repeated warnings of the growing crisis and failing to provide adequate oversight of an increasingly complicated market, Senator Clinton offered a series of bold, specific proposals, including creating a new version of the Home Owners’ Loan Corporation (HOLC) to restore confidence in the market, curbing the most damaging and manipulative trading practices, providing relief to homeowners facing foreclosure, and reasserting competent federal oversight.
“This is the greatest market upheaval since the Great Depression. We are indeed in a crisis, but in times of crisis, there are opportunities for leadership,” Senator Clinton said.
Leadership in the face of crisis has been woefully lacking from the Bush Administration, Senator Clinton said. The White House ignored both warnings of the growing crisis and proposals from Senator Clinton and others to step in before it grew out of control.
“What we have seen over the course of the last eight years is an administration that refused to recognize the threats lurking in our economy,” Senator Clinton said. “They dismissed my concerns and the concerns of millions of Americans even as the storm clouds gathered. My proposals, as well as those of others, were greeted as too much, too soon. Now we are forced to reckon with too little too late.”
Senator Clinton expressed serious concern about the effects of the market crisis on New Yorkers, including the many homeowners fighting foreclosure and the tens of thousands whose livelihoods depend on Wall Street.

Businessman Donald Trump has endorsed John McCain for president — and says his opponent, Barack Obama, should have chosen Hillary Clinton as his running mate.
“I know John McCain, and John McCain's a great guy, a tremendous guy,” Trump said on CNN’s “Larry King Live” Wednesday night.
“I've known him for a long time. And I'm with him, and I'm with him based on the fact that I have great knowledge of John McCain. Also, this is not the right time for tax increases. And Obama wants to increase your taxes drastically.”
Trump made a donation to Clinton's campaign during the primaries, and also contributed to McCain’s effort in May, Politico reports.

The Iraqi government was poised to sign no-bid contracts with those firms this summer to help make immediate and needed improvements in Iraq’s oil infrastructure. The result would have been significant foreign investment in Iraq, an expansion of Iraqi government revenues, and an increase in the global supply of oil. One would have thought that leading Democratic senators who claim to be interested in finding other sources of funding to replace American dollars in Iraq, in helping Iraq spend its own money on its own people, and in lowering the price of gasoline for American citizens, would have been all for it. Instead, Senators Chuck Schumer, John Kerry, and Claire McCaskill wrote a letter to Secretary of State Rice asking her “to persuade the GOI [Government of Iraq] to refrain from signing contracts with multinational oil companies until a hydrocarbon law is in effect in Iraq.” The Bush administration wisely refused to do so, but the resulting media hooraw in Iraq led to the cancellation of the contracts, and helps to explain why Iraq is doing oil deals instead with China.

Each year on the 17th day of September we celebrate the anniversary of the signing of the Constitution of the United States in Philadelphia in 1787. In 2004, Congress officially made Sept. 17 "Constitution Day" and required all schools receiving federal funding to teach students about the Constitution. Every year since 2005, President Bush has declared Sept. 17 as "Constitution Day." And yet there is no mention of Constitution Day on my calendar this month, even though there are days marked for the Mexican Constitution on Feb. 5 and the beginning of Kwanzaa on Dec. 26.
Perhaps the omission of a day to celebrate our Constitution is symbolic of a general disregard for that document every official – whether state or federal, executive, legislative or judicial – is sworn to uphold. As a young lieutenant in 1969, I was sworn to support and defend that Constitution, which I knew could cost me life or limb. Today, that Constitution is routinely ignored by public officials who seem more interested in party politics, personal income and keeping their job than the "supreme law of the land."
For instance, one of the candidates for president, Sen. O, recently sponsored the "Global Poverty Act," ostensibly to raise the level of income in poor countries around the world, but at a cost of $845 billion to U.S. taxpayers. (maybe he should have used that to help the "American" people yelling for a home at McCain's house last night! Why do we not take care of our own first?)
There is absolutely no basis in the Constitution to spend our tax monies for such a purpose.

Surge in New York
Sen. John McCain "has experienced a surge of support among women in heavily Democratic New York state," the New York Post's Fredric U. Dicker writes.
"The internal Republican and Democratic polls, details of which were provided to the Post, have stunned members of both parties — and produced deep worries among Democrats," Mr. Dicker said.
"One great concern for Democrats is that the data show a continuous movement toward the McCain-Palin ticket by women, a majority of whom traditionally favor Democrats.(Hmmmmm.....)

Then he points out that Obama received more money from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac than any other senator except the chairman of the committee (Dodd). Then Obama made the Chairman of Fannie Mae, who ran that place into the ground, the chairman of his Vice-Presidential search committee (nice job on that too selecting Biden) and says that "that is more of the standard Washington stuff that needs to change.

[Obama] talked about siding with the people, siding with the people, just before he flew off to Hollywood for a fundraiser with Barbara Streisand and his celebrity friends. Let me tell you, my friends, there’s no place I’d rather be than here, with the working men and women of Ohio.

Meet Obama’s new Bill Ayers associate!
Ex-communist leader tied to terrorist eliminated from campaign website
JERUSALEM – The official campaign website of Sen. Barack Obama has "completely scrubbed" a series of user-generated blog postings on the candidate’s site by a former top communist activist who is an associate of former Weathermen terrorist leader William Ayers.
The move has raised questions regarding Obama’s relationship with the deleted blogger, Mike Klonsky, who runs an education organization that was founded by Ayers and that received a substantial grant from a group directed by Obama.
Obama’s official site allows registered users to form groups and post content in online “community” blogs. The site boasts tens of thousands of such community blogs. Obama’s spokesmen previously have stated the campaign does not monitor all content posted on the blogs, but it promptly removes any content brought to its attention that is deemed inappropriate or hateful.
Klonsky posted several blog pieces on Obama’s site on education policy that did not contain what can be described as hateful material, but his postings were entirely deleted in June after several independent bloggers noted Klonsky’s connections to Obama and Ayers.
Klonsky is director of the Small Schools Workshop, an outreach program founded in 1991 by Ayers with the stated goal of providing support for teachers who want to create smaller learning environments. Ayers reportedly recruited Klonsky to head the Workshop.
The Small School Workshop was originally associated with the University of Illinois in Chicago, where Klonsky previously taught in the education department alongside Ayers. The group was headquartered for a time inside the university’s department of education building.
In 1995, with Obama as its chairman, the newly formed Chicago Annenberg Challenge, or CAC, a school reform organization, gave the Workshop a grant of $175,000. The CAC provided another $482,662 to the Workshop over the next few years.
Ayers was one of the original grantees of the CAC and was co-chairman of the Chicago School Reform Collaborative, one of the two operational arms of the CAC.
Klonsky served with Ayers and Ayer’s wife, former Weathermen terrorist Bernadine Dohrn, in the Students for a Democratic Society group, a major leftist student organization in the 1960s that later splintered, with Ayers and Dohrn leading a more activist approach with the Weathermen. Klonsky reportedly favored less aggressive tactics, promoting the philosophy that young workers possessed the potential to be a revolutionary force to overthrow capitalism.
In the 1970s, Klonsky became a top communist activist and leader of the Marxist-Leninist Communist Party.
He reportedly identified as a Maoist, and traveled in 1977 to Beijing, where he held friendly meetings with the Chinese leadership.
In a book, “Revolution in the Air,” author Max Elbaum, himself a former Maoist activist, recounts that in Beijing, Klonsky toasted the Chinese Stalinist leadership who, in turn, hailed the formation of his Communist Party group as “reflecting the aspirations of the proletariat and working people,” effectively recognizing Klonsky’s organization as the all-but-official U.S. Maoist party.
In a brief conversation with WND yesterday, Klonsky would not state whether he is still a communist. He did not deny his associations with Ayers or his communist activism in the 1970s.
Klonsky’s blog postings were removed from Obama site during a period the presidential candidate has been repeatedly questioned about his relationship with Ayers, who is currently a professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago and was a member of the Weathermen group, which sought to overthrow the U.S. government and took responsibility for bombing the U.S. Capitol in 1971.
Ayers has admitted to involvement in the bombings of U.S. governmental buildings in the 1970s.
Ayers told the New York Times in an interview released Sept. 11, 2001, “I don’t regret setting bombs. I feel we didn’t do enough.” He posed for a photograph accompanying the piece stepping on an American flag.
Last week, Ayers wrote on his blog he still feels not enough was done to oppose the Vietnam War, although he clarified, “I don’t think violent resistance is necessarily the answer, but I do think opposition and refusal is imperative.”
In 1995, the first organizing meeting for Obama’s state senatorial campaign was reportedly held in Ayers’s apartment. Obama then served on Ayers’ CAC.
In a widely circulated article, WND first reported Obama served on the board of the Wood’s Fund, a liberal Chicago nonprofit, alongside Ayers from 1999 to Dec. 11, 2002, according to the Fund’s website. According to tax filings, Obama received compensation of $6,000 per year for his service in 1999 and 2000.
The “Friends of Barack Obama” campaign fund lists a $200 campaign contribution from Ayers April 2, 2001.
The two appeared together as speakers at several public events, including a 1997 University of Chicago panel entitled, “Should a child ever be called a ’super predator?’” and another panel for the University of Illinois in April 2002 entitled, “Intellectuals: Who Needs Them?”
Ayers wife, Dohrn, has also served on panels with Obama. Dohrn was once on the FBI’s Top 10 Most Wanted List and was described by J. Edgar Hoover as the “most dangerous woman in America.” Ayers and Dohrn raised the son of Weathermen terrorist Kathy Boudin, who was serving a sentence for participating in a 1981 murder and robbery that left four people dead.
The charges against Ayers were dropped in 1974 because of prosecution misconduct, including illegal surveillance.

I have come to realize while out & about in my state, and in PA at my family's , more PUMA's are out there than you think! In fact, some don't even realize they are a PUMA until we talk and I explain to them that is what we as PUMA's are going to do in fighting back the dem party. And the reply I am told is like all of these people know each other, but they don't! I tell them "do you know how many others have said the same thing"? What is the reply? It is that; [not knowing they're a PUMA, BUT!~} their vote will show it!!! ~ ohh! enjoy the video! and btw, GROWL!!!!!!!!! lol....

A Tale of Two Roses Shows Etiquette (or the lack of) While watching a video of Sen McCain & Obama, I noticed the difference of how the two showed a different action of "placing" roses at the memorial site for 9-11. Obama threw/tossed his roses like when tossing pennies into a fountain at the mall, McCain, and Cindy, bent down towards the 9-11 memorial to "place" the roses with the others. I immediately got the impression that "O" seems to not really care, like he just wanted it to be over so he could leave. The McCain's seemed more genuine and respectful . Is it me? How do you view this?
